At Doctor, we strive to provide the best experience for both patients and healthcare providers. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation by Patient
More than 24 hours before appointment
- Full refund of consultation fee
- Service charge is non-refundable
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days
Less than 24 hours before appointment
- 50% refund of consultation fee
- Service charge is non-refundable
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
No-show
- No refund will be provided for missed appointments
- Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions
Cancellation by Doctor
If a doctor cancels the appointment:
- Full refund of consultation fee and service charge
- Refund processed within 1-2 business days
- Option to reschedule with the same doctor or another doctor
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from attending a confirmed appointment:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
- We will investigate and process a full refund if the issue was on our end
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Refund to the same mobile wallet account
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the same card (may take 7-10 business days)
- Bank Transfer: Refund to the same bank account (may take 5-7 business days)
